Dane came out, replaced the control box and cleaned the fireplace very well. Was a bit expensive but at least we know the job was done right. Would recommend.

Mark was honest and up front about the work involved and why his prices were slightly higher than others; quality. He is a master electrician and it shows in his work - zero mistakes, prompt and on time each and every day, a genuine desire to please his clients. Mark asked lots of questions about what we wanted the lighting in our media room to look like, asked us if we wanted outlets for microwaves, a fireplace, etc. Now we know that down the road we can get everything we want in our dream media room. Mark (and his fiance) even helped us to plan the layout of our media room to maximize the look of the room and ensure that future issues (i.e. glare) were avoided. In short, I have no reservations in recommending Mark and his company for any and all electrical work. He is an asset to the profession through and through. Be warned, if you decide to be cheap and go with someone else, you'd better keep Mark's number handy so he can fix your previous electrician's mistakes.
