I had 7 windows changed by Home Depot last year. I had 3 left unchanged. They were unable to be opened and they were drafty so I decided to change the last 3. I had a privacy finish put on the bedroom windows because otherwise the curtains have to be kept shut because of the blazing sun. The finish keeps the heat out. It's great.
