From our initial contact with Gabriel it was a pleasure to deal with him. He is an extremely professional and a knowledgeable person. His team of technicians came to mount the TV and install our speakers and Sonos amp at our condo. The team was extremely careful while they worked in the condo being mindful of our new renovations at all times. They drilled holes and cut dry walls but we could hardly tell all this was done. Our journey with BiglarKinyan began in early 2023, when a friend, who had used their design and build services, recommended them for our project. I reached out to Fardid for our initial consultation and from that very first phone call, Fardid's dedication to quality resonated with us deeply. We knew that his firm was the perfect choice to bring our dream space to life. In March 2023, I had the pleasure of meeting Monique and Fardid at our condo to share our vision. We wanted a moody ambiance with a vacation/hotel vibe, predominantly using the color black and incorporating principles of Wabi Sabi. To our delight, just a few weeks later, they presented us with a breathtaking design and later, 3D rendering, turning our vision into a tangible reality. However, two months into the project we faced a major setback. A leak from the buildings infrastructure caused by a malfunctioning sprinkler head flooded our entire condo, causing devastating damage. Fardid, Ken, and their incredible team stood by us through the aftermath, guiding us through negotiations with insurance and condo management. Despite losing 2.5 months of project time, their patience and support helped us restart the project in mid-December, for which we're incredibly grateful. Now, nearing completion, our space exudes the serene, Zen-like atmosphere we envisioned. The final deliverable is nothing short of stunning, a testament to BiglarKinyan's unwavering dedication and personalized approach. From concept to execution, Fardid and Ken's expertise shines through, exceeding our expectations at every turn. BiglarKinyan has truly transformed our condo into our dream space, and we can't wait to showcase it. Finer Edge has done a wonderful job in my condo ever since we bought it in 2019. I have had them come out to help me with painting my whole condo as well as have been using them through the pandemic to help me renovate areas of the condo that needed re-painting. They have been extremely professional and extremely safe. I have simply loved how easy it has been working with Scott Fitch who manages all the jobs and also with all in the painting team. Atilla, Pirooz, Doug and Patricio have worked very hard to make me happy with their flawless work. Thank you so much for all your help through these hard times.

From the day I contacted Avenue Moving their service was prompt. They reply to all my questions and were patient with me while I was figuring out my move in date. Thank you for your patience and also for promptly answering all my silly questions!!! Appreciate it. The team of two packers arrived on time and in less than 3 hours they were done packing up our 1000 sq ft condo...very courteous and extremely professional team...on the moving day a team of 4 came in...they all were extremely polite and very friendly...the team was a pleasure to work with...my younger son got really friendly with them...they came in at 8:30am and they started moving all the furniture and boxes and by 11:30am they were done loading the truck...they were super efficient and extremely cautious of everything around the condo making sure everything was protected and covered...at 2pm they moved the stuff into our new condo which is just a street away...by 4pm they had moved us in...fast, careful, and methodical...they were extremely careful with our newly installed hardwood floors and freshly painted walls and baseboards. Thank you guys for making this move so efficient and with no hiccups. Def would recommend your services to everyone. :-)

I was referred to Finer Edge by a dear friend. I am so glad I was made aware of the company. From my initial meeting with our project manager to the end product it was so easy to deal with him. The painting team did a fantastic job and they completed the job a day earlier than I had expected. For someone who has a deadline to move into our new condo this was a beautiful surprise as I got a day to unpack and get organized before any other contractor came in.
