Excellent service by Matteo who helped fix my fireplace that would not stay lit. Matteo was able to diagnose the problem and simply clean a sensor to resolve the issue.

I Submitted my request on a Saturday and had the gas dryer and BBQ hooked up hours later! Jack provided professional speedy service and I would definitely recommend Active Air and Jack.
