Max has a great crew that takes great pride in doing great work. They are professional, respectful, and will leave you with a quality product at a fair price. They added loose fill to our attic insulation to our 1960's home, installed multiple cold air flow vents in the roof, and properly secured/insulated a bathroom fan. They also re-textured our ceilings to give us a nice flat finish. We are looking forward to a warmer space this winter with no risk of condensation in new our ceilings!

Our kitchen Reno contractor installed uninsulated flex pipe and attached it using duct tape to the roof (needless to say not to code). Chris helped me out by giving a quick quote, allowed me to save cost by taking my own scoping pictures in the attic and roof to see what work needed to be done. On job day, Nick and Brian came exactly as scheduled and got the job done in an hour. Hood fan CFM instantly improved by 50% as well as peace of mind that everything is insulated and properly secured. Needless to say I will be calling McAra for my future HVAC needs.

Edit: one year later: tons of condensation build up around the window, which freezes and thaws, leaving a mess. When I emailed Vinyl Window Pro, they told me the humidity in my house is too high. I have multiple windows in the house and none of them had any condensation during the February cold spell (see pic attached comparing the Vinyl Window Pro window vs. the other triple pane IN THE SAME ROOM). I sent this info back via email and have not had a response in about a month. The sliders are also super tight and difficult to open (my wife cannot open it and needs to ask me to do it each time), which I was told helps "keep the window very sealed" - apparently not. I was initially impressed with the install process, but the product doesn't hold up to the sales person's promises. Will not be using again and NOT RECOMMENDED. Vinyl Window Pro helped us take out an existing bay window and replace it with a large 8x3ft window for our kitchen along with a bathroom window replacement. They were very professional and did the job quick and right once we scheduled them in. Sam and Alexey were great to work with. Overall highly recommended for all windows.

Daryl and Dustin helped us out of a tight spot during our renovations. They were professional, came prepared, and did a fantastic job installing a flush LVL beam to replace a load bearing wall. It really opened up the space. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs structural framing work done!
