I selected Torwin to replace our very tall kitchen window. The old one was only about 10 years old, so I went with a better quality window this time. I had looked at two other vendors, and found the Torwin pricing to be competitive. Additionally - and this is key - they answered my questions quickly and the information they provided was truly helpful. There were two installation approaches and I was not sure which one I should select. One competitor never answered, another gave me incomplete information that would have translated into my spending more needlessly. In contrast Torwin was truthful and provided the details I needed to make that decision. Scheduling and completing the installation was efficient and professional. They did a great clean up. They are so pleasant to deal with, so knowledgable and so professional. I am confident that I got excellent service and value with my window purchase. I can't recommend Torwin enough for new windows for your home.

Glen and his team worked on my house, doing an extensive tuckpointing job to reduce draft and moisture inside the house, which was built in 1910. He did a great job. He did the work on schedule, is a very honest business person, cleaned up properly when they were done. I recommend Glen and his company.

I had an extremely bad experience with this company: high pressure sales tactics, overcharging, not doing the job they promised, delays of months. I finally got a lawyer involved, and finally get my furniture back. I have no good things to say about this company. I find them to have highly questionable business practices. My experience was a "once in a lifetime" nightmare.
