After realizing that I had a bed bug infestation problem I called Kevin to help us. I found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and dependable. Kevin came out within 48 hours and he showed up on time and explained everything that he was going to do. He re-assured us that we would be able to get rid of this problem once and for all. He did a thorough job helping me deal with this challenge and also patiently and calmly explained things I can do to prevent the problems from happening again. He was able to provide solid advice and strategies to make sure that I was able to get rid of the infestation.
