I hired Lotus to refresh my balcony to get ready for the summer. The work included artificial sod installation, painting of concrete and railing and staining of outdoor wooden patio set The work was performed efficiently, the crew was attentive to details and cleaned up evening after themselves Now my balcony is very inviting and cozy. My old furniture looks brand new. I enjoy it very much and I would highly recommend Lotus

Very satisfying experience, great service, reasonable price, excellent job! Alex explained us all stages of work process, answered all our questions, always was onsite. The patio was completed on time without any delays. We would highly recommend LOTUS to friends and family members, and will definitely use the company for our future projects
