Direct Air's representative was very patient with my queries regarding the various furnace products they represented. He distinguished which product he thought would be best for my needs. The installation team if two worked hard and relatively quickly to install the new furnace safely and professionally. They also explained quite a few things to me during the installation.

Garfield performed a Scheduled Maintenance & A/C tune-up on August 6th. He was knowledgeable, polite and explained the various checks and services he was performing. He also made some recommended services for the air conditioner and also for the type of furnace air filter I should use.
