I found this company here on HomeStars with such high ratings that I figured they would be a good choice. And that they were! Mike took my call on Friday evening and was in to check out our air conditioning unit on Monday. He diagnosed the problem, had an employee quickly bring an adapter that he needed, and worked out the issue. He gave great instruction on what he was doing, and clearly explained the issue. I'm happy that we could get out to diagnose the issue and it wasn't as bad as we initially thought. We try to get to no cooling or no heat calls ASAP. Hope everything is nice and cool now. Thanks for taking the time to write a review.
