Randy was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We had him deal with mice in our attic over a year and a half ago with good results but we recently noticed the noises had returned. We got an appointment quickly and he checked our roof to make sure there were no issues before replacing the bait which the mice had eaten through.

My wife and I were woken up by scampering last night in the wee hours and called for an inspection. They had same-day availability. After a roof inspection the working theory was mice in the attic, which was confirmed upon attic inspection. Mouse pellets were placed and we were told that we are guaranteed to be mouse-free for 6 months or they will come back to rectify. All in all it was a hassle-free process and the employee seemed to know what he was doing. The price was quoted ahead of time and worth it for peace of mind.
