it was a big move..but not as big as they suggested...they brought two trucks and 4 men. 3 men showed but only one truck was used...i was STILL charged for the 2nd truck that sat empty...a little too much chatting etc...

Regarding your concerns, we charge a truck fee for two trucks, as the house of your size requires two trucks to complete the job. Even if the second truck is empty, but is present at the job you are charged for that. Based on the items list, it is not clear if the second truck is needed. To make sure everything fits in one load, we bring two trucks. If you wanted only one truck, that could be arranged too, however we didn't want to take the time on completing a second trip which could influence the price significantly more than a truck fee for the second truck. The way we build the pricing was explained way before the job was confirmed, to which you agreed.
As for the crew of 4 men, confirmation email stated 4 men to complete your relocation, and the crew of 4 movers arrived (please double check the names of all movers on the contract).
