The dreadful story started in spring 2011 in the basement of my townhouse from an unknown source. Detection: increasing and surprising cut marks & bloody scratches on my brothers face and body suggested Infestation. Retailed Pesticides failed: For 3 months we tried almost every pesticide over the counter at major retailers as Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home-Depot & Lowe's. All the investment went down the drain as they had temporary effect. All the cleaning techniques seemed to be giving up - drying & washing cycles , cleaning, vacuuming, dusting - We were FED-UP ! Govt response failed: Later we contacted the government & were informed of heavy infestation in surroundings we resided in. They gave me a quote that included me & the next door neighbor. Apparently, I was being held responsible of possible outbreak at next door neighbor - it SEEMED pretty problematic. 1st Exterminator failed: I got hold of a licensed exterminator company to deal with a problem. After the treatment – 6 months were problem free & then the weirdest BITING, ITCHING & CRAWLING Bug STORY began. This time THEY HAD RAGED WAR ON US –they were resistant to all pesticides. Believe you me - my family got to a Depression stage (sleepless & frustrating) where we thought to Garbage all our furniture – Sell the house and Leave. PSS was a selection to Victory: During this stage of misery – a friend gave a personal reference to a professional entomologist with a proven track record: Mr Akram of PSS. I contacted him right away – he was Prompt in Response – Thorough in Analysis – Helpful in the Process and most importantly Successful in his Action. Hence, my dreadful bedbug story was put to an end by this Master. I WON THE WAR AGAINST BEDBUGS just by simply choosing him as a professional response - Hats off to his service! Highly Recommended!!!
