I had the pleasure working with VEL to install a full wall height mirror in my mudroom. I chose VEL because its excellent reviews, and VEL didn't disappoint and delivered excellent customer services and great product for the whole process. Kim always kept me updated about the product ordering/installation process, and Randy and another installer did a great job installing the huge mirror. I will definitely recommend VEL for all window and glass related products, and looking forward to using their service again in the future.

I had my basement developed by Basement Builders. When I met with the founder Mathew, he told me he wanted 10/10 from all customers. He and Ben sure delivered. I am very happy about the developed basement, and I appreciate Mathew and Ben's help during the basement development. For all emails I sent, Mathew replied within 5 - 10 minutes. Small issues I found were addressed quickly. All questions I had were explained with patience. Besides excellent customer services, Basement Builders also has great trades with quality products. I'm very happy about the flooring, tile, lighting and bathroom cabinet/quartz I chose for my basement. I'm also amazed by the pocket door they installed. It feels so much nicer than the rest of the pocket doors in my house. I recommend Basement Builders to everyone.
