Fixing gas furnace inducer motor/fan rattling noise problem
Cary was very prompt in responding to my request for service. David, the technician, was very pleasant and professional. He did the inducer motor/fan replacement expeditiously and efficiently. The rattling noise problem is now fixed. As an aside, David took to our little Cocker Spaniel as soon as he entered the house. He is a pleasant fellow, to human and our four-legged friend alike.
