First of all the salesmen, Carlos and Andrew were very welcoming and polite to us, they helped us throughout the store and answered all of our questions. They gave us a really good deal on the Hardwood we were looking to buy. Next was the installation, the installer Ming and his team were very punctual, helpful, patient and talented. They provided us with good service, there was no hassle or issues to be concerned with, contrary to what we read in the previous negative reviews. Overall our Hardwood experience was great, it looks gorgeous and we would strongly recommend anyone who is looking to buy and install hardwood in their home to go to this company.

Well, it’s been eight years since we moved to our 1st home. Since I work late shifts, my wife asked me to install a security home system so my wife and the kids can feel safe at night while I’m away. Although she was sick, we ended up signing again with “Grand Alarm” and upgrading our security system with more valuable features; such as wireless with an unbeatable service and prices/discounts for another five years. Now every time we have a problem or a troubleshooting issue, we know we will deal with expert people that we can count on.
