Second time using Joe's services. Excellent communication, prompt service. Fixed the problem in a very unorthodox way, but provided an option to purchase a new board (which he had in stock (!)). Saved me a lot of money, the fridge is working great for a couple of months now.

Waterproofed a basement wall before rebuilding the deck. This is my second project with Watertite, the first one was over 10 years ago, no problems. :) The work, as usual was done in a timely manner, well staffed, completed in 2 days. Every step was explained. Rino was on site several times. It's been a year now, no problems. Highly recommended.

Joseph has been looking after my pool heater for years, and I have been very satisfied with his services. This time I asked him to install a new furnace. He gave me a very good quote, and showed a great knowledge of the marketplace - he told me to wait until a new furnace model comes to the market, then I will not have to change the diameter of the exhaust and intake pipes, meaning I will not have to open the basement ceiling. The other two companies who gave me quotes did not give me this option. When the time came to install it, the team was on time and did a great job. Joseph recommended to install a bit smaller unit, and after the very cold winter we just had, I can say he was right. A pleasure to deal with.

Rodney is a great guy and his team works and communicates in a very professional manner. The bare spot under a tree in my front yard where I have not been able to grow any grass for years now has thick grass. He knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Derek is a great guy, on time on both occasions. A true professional. The quote was competitive, the work was quality work. He showed up with about 6 other guys and lots of machinery. They were done in about 45 minutes. My neighbour had two people struggle with removing a tree for a full day. You don't want to have people over at your house for a day with buzzing saws, do you? They cleaned up after themselves and cut and stacked the firewood.

Lou was prompt, attentive, took his shoes off, was on time, well priced, and gave me a detailed explanation of the issue and various way to remedy it. Highly recommended. A true professional.
