We hired Neil originally to hang a couple of chandeliers and to wire some outdoor lights. During the installation, he discovered our circuit breaker was not tripping properly and we had extensive aluminum wiring throughout the house, some of which were very burnt. The combo was a real fire hazard. Neil installed a new circuit panel for us, certified all the aluminum connections, capping off outlets that were unsafe, and did rewiring in the kitchen to provide separate circuits for the stove and dishwasher so that it was up to code. When the work was complete, Neil wrote a letter promptly to our home insurance company and we were able to obtain our insurance policy. We feel safer in our home due to the expert work that Neil provided and would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to our friends and family.

Westmount Heating did an awesome job replacing our water tank and 40 year old furnace. Lorenzo is very knowledgeable and he recommended a fantastic Lennox Elite 2-stage 96% efficiency furnace that was just perfect for the size of our house. The new furnace heats our house comfortably and very quietly as promised. The hot water tank also works great. Since our furnace is located inside our rental suite, Lorenzo also installed fire dampers in the vents. He even helped us replace our 3-inch dryer vent to the standard 4-inch with minimal costs so we can now do our laundry!! The installation took place within 1-2 weeks of us hiring Westmount Heating and the job was done over 2 days. The best part is the final price for everything was less than some of the quotes we got for furnace installation alone from some of the larger companies. We are very fortunate to find out about Lorenzo through Jason at Duct Dudes. Lorenzo is professional and very efficient. We would highly recommend Westmount Heating to all our friends and families.

Jason's service is a smashing 10 out of 10. He and his crew didn't even take a lunch and thoroughly cleaned our ducts for 5 hours on a Sunday. Jason is super knowledgeable and really takes his time to explain how everything works. He's very personable, genuine and takes obvious pride in his work. We were so impressed that we decided to have Jason replace our water tank and 40 year old furnace too. We're thoroughly happy with our brand new Lennox Elite 2-stage 96% efficiency furnace and new water heater. They even helped us change a dryer vent from 3-inch to standard 4-inch. Modern Tile & Flooring did a fantastic job installing laminate flooring throughout our townhouse, including the stairwells. Moe recommended an excellent laminate that looks beautiful and people are always surprised that it's not actually hardwood. We chose not to put shoe moulding around the baseboards so the baseboards were taken out and reinstalled after the laminate was in. Moe got us a great painter to sand, fill and repaint all the baseboards at a very reasonable price. The ceramic tiles were also installed fabulously. The price was very reasonable and we were very happy with the end result. We would recommend Modern Tile & Flooring to our friends and family.

We went with Best Choice Moving on recommendation from a friend and it was the worst choice ever. It was a condo to condo move from Abbotsford to Coquitlam in Oct 2009. They were late by 1/2 hour. One of the 2 movers spent most of his time chain-smoking outside, while the skinnier guy was busting back and forth. As time was running out, my wife and I chipped in and we ended up loading and unloading more than half the stuff ourselves. This is an old review and hopefully, the company has better staff and service now.
