Excellent communications, made good recommendations and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He even kept fixing other mortar joints while on site- not part of the original scope. Very pleased. I have already recommended these guys to other friends and neighbours.

Saif has great attention to detail. His work is thorough and we were very pleased with final product. He communicates well throughout the process too and is a pleasure to deal with. Our only challenge was the timing went on much longer than we ever expected.

Adriano is a superb professional. He responded to me within an hour on a Sunday night about my leaking dishwasher. He came the next day and diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and came back again to fix it. He also repaired a switch it my dryer and diagnosed a humidifier too. This was the second time working with him and I would highly recommend him. A pleasure to work with.

Adriano was quick to respond, punctual in the time window and completed everything. Including fixing my Jenn Aire dishwasher control panel, my fridge that wasn't chilling the way it used to and my dryer switch. The dishwasher was the panic and the other items were a huge bonus. Pierce and his team at Tip Top Trough are hard working, reliable and quick to respond. From my initial contact, Pierce was always fair and reasonable in his quotes, responding quickly and explaining options. We wanted covers installed on all of our eavestrough in our two-story home, as well as heating wires to melt snow in the winter. They explained options and then worked quickly to complete the work. The team was very professional and courteous while on site. A job well done. This is the second time I have hired them (and have already referred them to two friends and to others in my family).

Really great to deal with Chris. He was always responsive to emails and quick to deliver quotes. The work took a few days longer than expected but it was well worth it. They did an incredible job (and my neighbours have already asked for a recommendation)! We added a retaining wall to the driveway and front of our lawn and it increased our curb appeal instantly! Rocco was quick to respond to my request to provide an assessment of our home. Even while he was away on vacation, he got back to me right away to say he would follow-up the following week. We had concerns that our house might have a weak support beam. Rocco charged me a visit fee, but provided a thorough assessment, and spent time to explain everything to me. Luckily, it turned out to be fine, but he suggested a contractor visit for a second option. He referred a great contractor who visited a few days later, spent time checking it out and as it turns out everything is fine. I appreciated Rocco's thoroughness, punctuality and honesty! I would recommend him and his company.
