My furnace was in need of repair so I called Atlas. Jeff H the service tech arrived to diagnose the problem and gave me all the options available. FANTASTIC clarity on each option and I'm really happy he wasn't trying to sell me a new furnace. I was also able to buy myself some excellent repair insurance going forward.
