We have a long window by our front door and I didn't feel safe so I called Jim's Lock & Key and he was there the same day to look & give us an estimate and back the next day to install. I can't find the bill now but I'm pretty sure it was very reasonable. He was very reassuring.

We had a refrigerator making strange noises. The repairman was very nice and knew right away what the problem was. Ordered the part and was back in one week to fix. Excellent service and not too expensive.
