They provided services for a new rough in basement bathroom. The team that arrived to do the work was friendly and tidy, however failed City inspection twice. As well as the riser on the toilet rough in was installed out of plumb, which caused issues when it came time to mount the toilet. All said, we were not impressed with the quality of work completed but the customer service was good. They addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner.

Built a home in South Calgary, have since sold. The overall sales and design portion of the experience was average. The staff was helpful, seem to promise more than they deliver, and things seemed way overpriced in some instances, especially when you look at prices for doing some finishes after we took possession. But I mainly wanted to comment on the warranty after the home was built. The service was lacking, the technicians were unskilled, and the time it took to get anything done was ridiculous. For example, we had laminate edging peeling up from a cabinet, the technicians fix was putting a piece of scotch tape on it - a real professional?! This is what we waited 3 months for. And this was one of the small issues. Maybe our expectations were too high. We sold the place before all the issued had been addressed, and kept in touch with the new owners until they were completed...it took almost 10 months.

We renovated the basement bathroom, this required breaking up existing floor for new plumbing rough ins. DIY. This was a great service. The price was pretty much on par with renting a mixer and purchasing bags, but the biggest benefit was time and convenience. Steve was great in offering advice and was also able to rent us all the tools we needed to patch concrete slab when the plumbing was completed. Just make sure your truck (or other vehicle) can handle the weight of hauling a trailer full of concrete. Would not hesitate using them again.

We have an older garage with a very heavy wooden door, too heavy to lift without the spring assist. The spring required replacing, the service tech from Stampede Overhead Door responded the same day and replaced the necessary parts quickly. He also took the time to service and tune up the rest of the door mechanism and opener. We were very impressed with the efficiency and taking the time to do more than we had expected. Very courteous and professional, have and will continue to recommend their service.
