I ordered the windows in April 2021, they were installed in September 2021. From what I understand this is the norm, for the market. Other that the wait I was satisfied with the result. Everyone from Platinum windows and doors was professional and helpful.

Hello Stephanie and thank you for your review. Covid has been a real challenge in our industry and what was once our standard 6 to 8 weeks delivery has now changed into months.
