Hearth Manor is a disaster. They dont know what they are doing and will not stand behind their faulty work unless they are compelled to by the Distributor. They dont answer your calls. The gas fitter doesnt hang tags on the gas line, the product will be installed missing peices that you wont know about until it breaks down 2 years later and they really dont care about their customers. Its a disgraceful operation that shouldnt be allowed to continue installations of potentially lethal equipment.

I would highly recommend Marsh's. They excel in customer service and saved me from a disasterous experience with another dealer who I bought my fireplace from and regret I did. Even though Marsh's did not get the sale from me they still professionally guided me through the process of getting the many deficiencies I was left with addressed. This kind of service is so rare and valuable and I thank you sincerely! I would not let my friends go anywhere else.
