My Thermador Hood Vent is about 8 years old. It was making a loud rattling noise. I called a few places. For whatever reason, many companies do not service hood vents. We discussed the pros and cons of replacing the appliance altogether. In the end I decided to replace the motor. Yevhen was able to locate the part the following day. His communication was excellent. Within a couple of days, the motor was delivered to him, he promptly scheduled the next appointment and completed the job. All of this took only 8 days. Yevhen was very professional.
