I had some initial problems with Pioneer which resulted in me giving them a 1-star review, but after talking to the company we were able to resolve all issues and I have reflected that in my review update. The original work they did was not up to par, however they paid to have another Company, of my choice, fix the errors and were super professional in helping to solve the issues I had with their work!

Quick service at a great price! Much better value for money than my old provider! I would highly recommend the Monitoring Centre. The cost of the service offset my house insurance so literally cost me nothing.
