Bashir responded immediately to my inquiry regarding cockroaches problem in our office (on a holiday weekend). Provided the treatment and advice us how we can avoid these sort of problems in future. Also, inspected our entire office floor to diagnose if the problem exists other than the area we mentioned. Very reassuring to our staff that we were dealing with professionals who know their job.
