Asked for 3 stairs to be built. They were able to build to blue print specifications without any issues, then deliver to site promptly. Excellent workmanship, good quality construction and no issues with installation. I would highly recommend their services.

Commenced to have this company install heating components in new house. Upon completion of rough-in they were to invoice 50% of contract. In reality they asked for payment before the whole main floor was even started the rough-in phase. Upon repeated conversations with office, the administrator assured that the only work left to be completed was the range hood exhaust duct. This was not the case. The owner could not be contacted as he was on extended vaction and did not have anyone else to return calls, and after returning from vacation, would not return calls. The job was worked on in piece meals, and no effort was ever completed to have work completed in a timely manner. I would never use their services again.

With this particular case the Customer was building a duplex where its classified as New Home Construction.. With the scopes of our work and the customers contracts we have two different invoicing stages where we request 50% after RI and the remaining 50% after the Duct work.Every heating contractor classifies the completion of a RI consists of running all Supply/Return Air Runs are stubbed into he basement , Bath fans installed, Furnace Hung, and exterior hoods installed for the builder to continue with Sealing up the houses exterior with siding and internally conceal everything with Drywall.. There was one issue where we were needing to run the Range exhaust up through the roof as the location of the stove limited us only being able to do one way.. The homeowner kept on mentioning that he werent complete becuase the range wasnt ran the way he wanted to.. Also after explaining it to him that the way he wished for it to be run was a major fired hazard and he would have to sign a release form if he chose to run it his way. Also After having to meet up with Jeff onsite we had to explain that his version of not having the Main floor ( RI) stuff complete is essentially the reason of him not having the ground works done( plumbing) , sand poured , and even not having the concrete in the basement.. This stage for us in all construction is what we and all other heating contractors classify as our Duct work Stages.. Once this is done we go in to Drop the furnace and connect all the RI line into the basement.. Once this was pointed out to Jeff and the General Contractor payment was made on the account... Thanks

Footings and foundation walls were poured for our new house and service was completed ontime. The building inspector reported that cracks were evident in the foundation 2 months after pouring of concrete. An structural engineer will be required to provide report and repairs will be required to foundation walls which will add to the expense..

I received a letter in the mail from ATCO gas indicating that they need to upgrade my house gas meter for free as part of a government program. I do pay for gas services on a monthly basis, but this service was provided for free. We arranged a time that worked for both myself and the company, and the technicain arrived right on schedule. He re-lighted the pilot lights and ensured all appliances were working properly with the new meter. Very courteous and professional services were provided.

Out house is now 22 years old and was in desperate need of window replacement. I replaced 9 aluminum sliding windows with PVC framed triple pain solar glazed windows from Durabuilt, and not only has my heating bills gone down in the winter, but the house is so much warmer and air tight than it ever has been. We used to get cold drafts in various areas of the house and now it is uniformally warm anywhere inside. I would stronly recommend this company.

Wrote up contract to renovate a 2 story house with this company/person in April of 2011. By September of 2012 he had still not finished. He would start installing new material before the demolition was completed. The hardwood was not nailed/glued to the floor properly and buckled, requiring replacing at a latter time on my own expense. When asked for my money back, he told me that he already spendt everything. I ended up taking the key back from him and ending my services. He never re-imbused me for anything, and all work that he completed had to be redone. He does not have any knowledge, courtesy, or manners, and completely scammed me as he asked for the money up front.
