We were looking to replace every window in our bungalow (11 windows + 1 patio door). We got 6 quotes and ended up going with Steve and Windows4Life because he gave us a competative quotes and we felt good about him after our meeting. Steve was very thorough during our meeting and answered every question to our satisfaction, and we had a ton. He scheduled the job quickly, and worked it around our schedule, We were very pleased with the installation team who completed the job in an afternoon. My wife even commented on how hard they worked to get the windows in before nighfall. After the job was completed we scoured each window slowly and found a few items that needed attention. The team was quick to resolve the matters to our satisfaction before they left. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Steve and Windows4Life and would easily and confidently recommend them to anyone.

I am looking to do some remodelling in the kitchen of a new home we bought late last year. I went onto HomeStars to find a local electrician and emailed about 6 or 7. Only two got back to me Java Electric and another company. I had both companies come in to see what I needed and to get a quote. The first guys wanted to rewire the entire house. They talked about tearing into the drywall in a newly finished basement and installing new wire despite the fact the entire house was rewired two years ago. Their quote was rediculous and they said I would have to wait a number of weeks. Then Pierre from Java Electrci came in. He looked at what I wanted. He asked me a few questions about what I was doing and gave me some options. Then he told me it would take just over a day to do, he gave me an incredible quote and asked if I wanted it done next week. I was so amazed at how comfortable and non pushy he was. He advice was excellent and when it came to doing the job he went above and beyond what he promised. The work was phenominal and he even replaced some of the outlets that he didn't really need to. After he was done everything looked incredible and the places he was working in were probably cleaner after he left than they were when he arrived. I will keep Pierre's card and use him again in a heart beat if we have any more electrical work and I would easily recommend him to any of my friends with no hesitation. IPierre was easy to get along with, very friendly and professional and did great work. The best exxperience I have ever had with a contractor.

We just had the exact same thing happen! Our furnace was working perfectly well beside our CO2 detector prior to the arrival of the Bosco technician - Joe. We asked him to come and clean our furnace. After several minutes he told me that the furnace was leaking CO2, red-tagged it and left my two children and I in the cold for the night. I asked for readings and he said that according to company policy they shut down any furnace when they detect leakage, doesn't matter the amount. I didn't see the heat exchanger and I didnt see the leakage. I am going to call them tomorrow, mention this website and call the TSSA and the Better Business Bureau. I suggest others do the same. These people deserve a small claims court case against them before they go out business.
