Short version: Hire Greg @ Lifestyle! After extensive contractor diligence, we hired Greg at Lifestyle to do a complete renovation of a 1987 bungalow. Main floor + basement for my retired parents. Main floor was essentially a gut job while basement was unfinished and we finished it for the first time. Approximately 1800 sq ft of total developed space. We hired Greg primarily because he showed well, was well reviewed, was transparent with his quote and follow ups, took time to answer all our questions, was professional in his communications, phone and email, and never pushy. Also, as an owner/GC, we felt the personal touch would be an important differentiator and it truly was. This being our first ever project, we needed the personal touch from an experienced GC. Greg hires quality subcontractors and work appeared to progress without issues (we were not living on site). If there were minor hiccups, Greg was quick to communicate and walk us through options. Project was on time and budget. Working with Patricia for design was seamless and she was also an advisor but not prescriptive which gave us freedom to pick what we wanted. Highly recommend Greg and his team. We hope to have the opportunity to hire Greg again in future!

These guys know what they’re doing. Second time we have used Williams. First was a new AC install in 2015 (Trane). This time was to replace my two aging Carrier furnaces with new Daikin units. Chris (owner) came out himself to quote and is always transparent. Spent a lot of time answering questions I had regarding brand, technology, sizing, air quality, thermostat and more. Our two new Daikin two stage furnaces were installed in -30 climate in February and took two days as promised. They were careful to stage the work so we didn’t lose heat for more than an hour or so. Install crew of two was professional and cleaned up after the work was done. Minor chimney related work had to be done in May as they have to wait for better weather which is understandable. Another fantastic experience with Chris & co. Thanks for the great work.
