I needed a simple control board replacement and repaired wiring harness connection. Dima was the technician. He showed up on time, was professional, knew his work and had the necessary part with him. I have two concerns: The overall price seems to be based on how much a new appliance would cost. The diagnosis took about 2 minutes and the actual repair was about 20 minutes. The tecnician said he does a couple of the same repairs every day. After consulting with his office by phone the labour charge was over $200 per hour. I don't mind the very large mark up on the part, but I was quite surprised at the labour charge. I would certainly recommend the technician, but would think hard about recommending the service, based on the pricing.

We are pleased to hear that Dima did a great job in repairing your appliance.In regards to the cost we base our labour fees strictly on what the job entails. In all fairness these quotes are given prior to the repair (in person and an estimate is sent via e-mail) - during the diagnostic stage.
