Fairly satisfied with the performance of the windows. All windows in the house are Pollard windows installed when the house was built in 2015. However, had a problem with one double hung window which would not stay open as a spring steel strip snapped that is part of the up/down support mechanism. The part is probably worth $2 and if the entire mechanism comes as a kit maybe $10. Pollard will replace this under warranty but the service call to replace it $130.00. They won't provide the part to me so I can install it myself even though it is a simple installation that would take less than 5 minutes. The windows are basically ok but this service sucks. I have never before had a manufacturer refuse to provide replacement parts.
