On a recent move from a 1 bedroom apartment in a duplex, these guys were again fantastic. Arrive punctually at 9am and began work instantly. I would like to point out the care in handling each piece of furniture and box, along with securing all items in the truck. They finished 30mins early in loading the truck, took an unpaid 30mins break, and arrived punctually for the elevator booking. All in all, very friendly and professional movers. Thank you to the entire crew!

I used this company to upgrade the electrical in a commercial space. The workmanship of Igor (the electrician) was sloppy with junction boxes, conduit, and receptacles poorly installed/displayed. All passed inspection, but aesthetically looked sloppy. The customer service was the worst part of it. He does not work well with other trades, his communication is argumentative, and he freaks out when something changes. In construction, things are always going to change and new solutions need to be brainstormed. He has no ability to do this, but has the ability to complain for 10mins before someone else comes up with a solution for him. In the end, he did complete his work professionally and passed inspection. BUT, I've never met such a challenging individual who screams at the owner (me) when things don't go his way. Everyone else in the project (6 trades, 3 engineers) were adaptable and professional, not Igor. Would never, ever use him again.

Marian and his crew truly provide reliable and efficient service. I called on them 3 times in the past 6 months for moving contents from one location to another, as well as utilize there storage facility. The overall moving experience was extremely positive as the team worked very fast, but careful with all items. I had very heavy pieces ranging from workout equipment to a solid teak day bed. Since the new location had smaller door frames, Marian did what he could by removing the hinges to bring most of the furniture in. Unfortunately I could get the day bed (and a couple other pieces). I didn't want to cut anything, so I utilized their storage facility until I replaced the doors/windows. In coordinating the time with the window/door company, Marian arrived with 3 others to hoist the large pieces through the window opening. It was incredible to watch, and thank God it all happened smoothly without any damage...anywhere! I'm so happy and couldn't have lived through it without having professionals like Marian measure, angle, and inch forward each piece. I have no hesitation calling Pro Movers again. (Because I used them 3 times plus storage, the price racked up but the initial move worked out to about $500. Really, it was my fault not realizing the door frames of an old house aren't great than 28". Otherwise, they did everything possible to get everything in the first time. The second move was just to move the ground floor contents to the second floor once I finished renos...and the third was the final move from storage).
