Torwin is an outstanding company offering custom wood windows and doors - exactly what I needed for my 1908 heritage home. From the initial consult with Tony, installation co-ordination with Nick, actual installation by Mr. Moon (his attention to detail is fantastic), and door finishing with Vito, this company always put my needs first, were very professional and the windows and door I purchased are tier 1 quality. This summer we moved into a 110yr old heritage home in Toronto that needed a great deal of exterior work. Of the 3 Homestar companies we met, we engaged David's company to re-stucco exterior walls and install a new driveway. Our desire to match the existing, heritage pebble cast stucco was a priority and David's company overdelivered on quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all done in a very professional manner. This is truly a 5+ gold star company that goes above and beyond expectations and can effectively solve problems (and surprises) that arise particularly for older homes. Mettro offers a carefully curated selection of tiles and is a true gem in Toronto. I had been searching for a geometric tile pattern that would bring a modern and distinct aesthetic and found it at Mettro! Sean and Myriam are wonderful to deal with, highly informed and passionate about quality and design. Well worth a visit.
