Contacted several companies. We weren't sure what was the issue with our garage. We thought it could be the sensor or that the bracket holding the door was an issue since it was tearing the door. We thought we needed a new door. AVF was first to respond, we walked through the issue with RJ and he asked us to take some pictures. Rather than upsell for stuff we didn't need, he repaired the door and sensors. Great guy, great company. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
