Purchased a geothermal furnace from Polarbear inccluding install. Furnace works great but service is terrible. Have to continue to call to get someone to come out. Everything was coivered under warranty as it was a manufacturing defect, but took a long time to solve the problem.

Had a custom garden door made for my house. Completed on time, door is great. The price was very competative compared to other manufacturers. Helpfull and friendly staff that took the time to explain benefits and features. I would recomend them again.
