When my humidifier leaked this morning, I called High Efficiency service at 8.30 am and got a call back 30 min later from Jason, arranging to come over at the only time I had available. Jason not only fixed my problem, maintained my furnace but he explained everything in detail, taught me how to maintain my equipment for best performance, recommended best suppliers . He answered all my questions with great care and detail. I feel I can take care of my furnace now and know that Jason B. has my back. What a blessing!
