I had a new front door installed by Big City Windows and Doors. The lock/handset from the factory had a defect. The service department of the company did a fantastic job following up the issue. When the parts had a supply issue from the factory, Big City Windows and Doors replaced the defect lock/handset with one that matches the style and function of the original set to ourt satisfaction. So I would highly recommend this company.

Planet Granite sent to help me with the job other vendors don't want to do because of higher risk. The fabricator and installer did a fantastic job using their skill and experience, where my old sink and faucet were removed without damaging the countertop. Al the work was done perfectly and professionally. I highly recommend them!
