Craig was tremendous--- knowledgeable, genuine, sincere and answered every single question (even when we asked it more than once) to ensure we had all the information needed prior to making the decision.
I met with a few companies but none took the time to make me as comfortable with this purchase as Craig did. He did a phenomenal job assisting with the design, the colours, the type of window for the various rooms, the measurements, confirming the schedule, explaining the warranty, everything--- this was a huge job and I can't thank Craig enough.
Once the design was complete, product ordered, schedule confirmed, the Installation Team showed up promptly, prepared and ready to get the job done. This Team was led by Igor who was a true professional--- experienced, customer focused, and a man of action. He and his Team were a pleasure to work with over the course of two days, with the installation completed exactly as I expected it to be and without any compromise whatsoever. The clean up at the end was as if they weren't even there and by the end of the installation, my windows were fully installed, fully operational and instantly had such a meaningful impact for my family and myself that we only had very positive feelings attached to this whole experience.
When you are considering a window replacement, and want top-notch quality through and through, you need look no further than Renewal by Andersen. This company wins on every single aspect worth considering for this type of project. You will read in other reviews that their prices are higher than some of the other products in market, but it is absolutely worth the added amount for the quality of experience, the quality of windows and the peace of mind knowing that you just bought the best windows out there and you wont have any problems with them for the rest of the time you are in your house.
