Installation was free - $41.99/month for 3 years.I started off with APEX and they changed to APEX/ADT. I have been satisfied with the service. My only complaint was that I had to have a service teck come to my home to fix something, and unfortunately because the company had changed hands, I had to pay for the service call. That was $35.00 that would have been free to me if they had remained APEX. We have had no problems with the alarm system. They are on top of things. A friend who was staying at my house wanted to check that the batteries in the smoke detector. They did not realize that this was the smoke detector that was attached to the alarm system. The good news is that the alarm company noticed that the detector had been "touched" and called to inquire. All in all, so far so good. I believe that I will continue to use them when my contract runs out this year.

I have been a customer of Green Drop since 1995. I rely on them for all the fertilization and the aeration of my front and back lawn. I have been very pleased with the results. I am not sure that I could get the same results if I did this work myself. I have even had them in for a quote on my trees, but have not used them for this service as of yet. They always call me before they come because I have dogs and they also identify that I am a Social Club Discount Listing member and I get a discount on their services. They off further dicounts if you pay up front, but as of yet, I have not done this. The people who come to the house are always very respectful. Ring the door bell to let me know, that they are going to be in my yard and are very diligent in ensureing that the gate is shut. They leave the bill for their services in the mail box.

Brian sprayed/painted my livingroom and kitchen stucco ceilings. He did a wonderful job at the prep work, made sure that the paint spray would not get on my furniture or cupboards. Very professional job! Very personable, knowledgeable guy. I am looking at getting him to paint some rooms in my home in the near future.

Martin arrived on time to install my new kitchen floor. Was very meticulous with the prep work and cuts that had to be made. Removed dishwasher and installed the floor underneath better than when the orginal floor was laid. Cleaned up better than expected. Wonderful work, professional demeanor, fair pricing and enjoyable person!
