Earlier this year our Dryer began making an awful noise. I contacted GE who referred me to Elite as their rep in my region. Long story short is that we had an initial rocky start where my review for this company would be negative as opposed to positive. Part's delays and poor customer communication. With that said - I will give them the credit where credit is due. Glenn & Atlan pulled together to solve my issue several weeks earlier than projected. Thank you! WO: 351249
