The eavestrough was significantly detached from the back of my house after the last wind storm. I really just wanted a repair, but as I looked into this more, it became obvious that there were other parts of the eavestrough that were not in the best of shape. I got 3 quotes and Gary was the 3rd. For a full replacement, all were about the same price. The difference was that the other 2 wanted nothing to do with a repair and only wanted to replace. Gary offered the repair and didn't try to hard sell the replacement. I was one who decided to replace. The quote was very professional and even gave links to the products he would be using so you could see exactly what you would be getting. He also provided some optional adders that I requested. He explained up front what would be done with the replacement and when it was done, he walked me around the house and told me what they did and what they found. I was surprised to see that not only did Gary do the estimate, but he was one of the guys actually doing the work! Very professional and a good feeling that it was done properly. I would happily recommend Gary to anybody and if I ever had to have this done again here or at another house, I wouldn't get multiple quotes - Gary would be the guy I would call.

Aside from the cool little pun of our Apple founder, Steve did do a great Job! My door frame was rotted at the bottom from the wind and rain. I didn't want to replace the whole door frame or the whole door as several other door contractors insisted was necessary. Steve got that section all fixed up nicely and ready for paint. Right next to that, a small portion of the deck was rotted and he was able to replace just that area. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Would certainly hire him again for other jobs and recommend him as well.

Other than a slight miscommunication on the schedule, the duct cleaning was excellent and I would call on Capps again for future cleaning. Would also recommend them to anyone looking for a good duct cleaner. Very meticulous and felt comfortable that the cleaning was done properly.

After a long delay due to material shortage from the States, John showed up tonight. He kept me posted on what was happening throughout the shipping delays. That's rare. Usually you don't hear anything. When he showed up, I was thinking 'there's no way you're going to get this done tonight before it gets dark!' I was stunned. It was fast. It was professional and it looks great! I would call on John again for other work like this and would recommend him to anybody. Extremely pleased with the work and work ethic. Thanks John!

After a recent cleaning of my 20-year old furnace, it was unclear how much longer that furnace would last. There were some issues that would need replacing soon, so I decided it was time for a new furnace. I went out for 3 quotes - one of them was my annual service provider who I've been with for many years. The 3rd quote was from Core Temp Heating & Air. Richard came over to the house and gave me some options. From first meeting, even before I got the quote, I was pretty sure that I would buy the furnace from him. He's a very genuine person and that came across plain as day. When it comes to a furnace or anything that generates sparks, fire, or heat, I don't want "cheap" and I want it done properly! I knew I would get that with Richard. He's the owner, salesman, and installer, so his reputation is on the line. He does not subcontract installation and he has one full-time person (Eric) helping him. I will gladly support that kind of small business with personal service like Core Temp any day of the week over big companies that subcontract their work and you get a different person every time you talk to them. It was a pleasure to have both of them here and this is the kind of work that I like. The install took about 4 hours (unfinished basement) and I'm very pleased with the furnace and, most importantly, the quality of the work. I know that when it comes time for the annual service next year, it will be a familiar face at the door. I would highly recommend Core Temp to anybody.

Garage doors & openers are expensive, so I did my due diligence and requested quotes from 3 different suppliers. As expected, prices were all about the same, so nobody had a real price advantage. It really came down to a feel about the person who came to do the quote. I was being a bit of a pain with a specific requirement that I had for the openers. Chris had an idea, went the extra mile and made it happen. So I got exactly what I wanted and the installation not only looks great, but works great - super quiet and super smooth. Chris is a dealer for Garaga and the quality of these doors is outstanding.
