Richard, I wanted to leave you this message and hope you'll post it as a testimonial on your web site or elsewhere as you see fit. You will recall after we purchased our wide unit from you in 2016 we had a bumpy start getting the ignition and controls to operate properly -- we were not happy customers. But you stuck with it, helping us with replacement parts and eventually coming to site to make the final adjustments yourself.
