Purchased a mattress, couch and love seat
Worst service ever. I purchased a mattress and they set a date for pick up, I called 2 times to confirm.. Then when I showed up with a truck on the confirmed date it was not in stock. They were very rude and unhelpful, I got the mattress 2 weeks later and never received the 50$ instore credit I was promised. I gave them another chance in December when I bought a couch set they did the exact same thing. I called 3 times, and the day of pick up to confirm My purchases were there, they said yes, got there and only the love seat was there. They wouldn't even give me the floor model. 2 weeks have past and I have spoken to three unorganized managers with no concrete date of pick up. Worst company everr NEVER AGAIN!!
