Fast, reliable and professional. Steve was Awesome, he didnt have the part he needed once he diagnosed the issue so he went to Calgary to pick it up and came back in the afternoon. No extra costs, no travel fees from calgary to cochrane. Hopefully I never have to call them again but they will be my first call should I ever need appliance repair. Ill make sure to recommend Steve to all my Cochrane friends:)

Awesome to deal with. Very professional. Jason, the installer and maintenance person is very informative and fair. Living in Cochrane sometimes poses a challenge with regards to service but Jason and the guys at Trevi are Great!

Hot water tank was leaking, I called 3 places. One gave a quote over the phone without even coming out, the other said "I am too busy, you should call someone else" and the 3rd, Great Western Plumbing and Heating said I can be there in 20 minutes. They came, quoted me $300 less than the over the phone quote and installed the tank within 2 hours of the quote! Awesome
