I’d like to share my very positive experience working with StarTech Stucco. We were interested in replacing our aluminum sidings on the top floor, painted in a color which was looking like a rusty metal. Sean, the contact person, is the punctual, friendly and very professional gentleman. The communication was smooth, Sean was always answering the phone or replying to my emails in a timely manner addressing all my concerns. Sean provided us with a reasonable quote comparing to others having multiple options since we were not sure about to include all the house’s sides. Sean was very accommodative to help us to have stucco entirely on all sides. We did stucco on all sides of upper floor replacing the aluminum siding and also on the brick front side of the first floor. The team managed by Yahya did an amazing job! They are highly professional, accurate and hardworking(especially in the hot summer days). Nothing I can complain about the surface quality! They did all the necessary steps to minimalize a mess due to the job nature, covering where needed and cleaning up after, including neighbor’s backyard. Yahya is a great person, he’s very friendly and was always addressing all my questions including outdoor lights and mail box installation on the last day which is very appreciated since I was a bit scared to do it myself without any experience with stucco surfaces. StarTech Stucco did a huge change of the house outlook! We got many compliments from the neighborhood about the beautiful new outlook and even from another professionals (gutters installer) about the job quality following all necessarytechnology without cutting edges. I would like to share my very positive experience working with Maxima Aluminum. We replaced soffits, fascia, downspouts, gutters and leaf guards all around the house. I enjoined working with Stas and his installation team led by Adi. Stas was punctual and responsive giving a reasonable quote. The installation team was professional, friendly and ready to handle any issue. They addressed my concern about our new stucco having the “lighter” installers to do the job to reduce the risk of dents on the few weeks old stucco. There was not enough room on the gable area to put properly the fascia because of the stucco, but Adi found the solution! They also did a touch up a few weeks later without a problem. I’m very satisfied working with Maxima Aluminum and about the outcomes.

I would like to share my very positive experience working with Iberia Landscaping Services company. Frank, the president of the company is a great person! He’s highly professional, punctual, reliable, flexible and always answering when I was calling being happy to clarify any concerns I had in relaxing and friendly manner. We had a complex situation; 2 big pine trees in front of the house, one big maple in the backyard which was looking like a camp area. Neither previous owners for years nor us for a few last years took care of the backyard and the result the backyard and the front of the house with old brick interlock looked like disaster. Plus shadow everywhere from the big trees preventing grass from growing and the slope in the area of the sidewalk to backyard. We interviewed a few contractors but they weren’t enthusiastic about resolving our problem entirely just proposing an interlock job with the risk of sidewalk moving because of the slope or quoting not realistic prices for a retaining wall and been scared because of the pretty complex root system of the front pine trees. After I met Frank, I felt he’s the right person. He proposed the entire solution for everything in a reasonable price, he understood completely what I need having the solutions for all issues we have. All yard plants were removed, pine tree branches cut, maple tree got extensive hair cut to reduce amount of shadow to allow to put grass there; entire backyard put to level, retaining wall all around the fence and in the slope area plus reducing the slop; weeping tiles for 3 downspouts; interlock between my and neighbor’s houses, driveway widening with interlock, sidewalk interlock, front porch interlock, patio interlock; sodding front and back; grass fertilizing. And the result is the huge transformation of the front and the back of our house. Excellent job was done by Frank and his team! I really grateful to him and appreciate his efforts and outcomes! And more than that I’m very happy that I’ve met Frank in my life. He’s the senior gentleman which represents the beauty of the old school business style: reputation, reliability, focus and understanding of the customer’s needs, flexibility including work and financial matters, friendliness and positive attitude. Thank you Frank!

Galaxy windows is the excellent company. Everything from the sale to the installation went easy and smooth. We got from them the 7 windows and the entrance door. The salesman Dmitri is very professional, punctual and accommodative. Galaxy is the only one company among of few we interviewed that gave us the written and very detailed quote. The installer Alex is very professional person since we had not a standard window in the bathroom on the tile wall. He installed the window without a need for an additional tile work. Alex from post-sales and management is very flexible and accommodative. There wasn’t a problem getting a touch-up a few days after the installation. Overall, I very satisfied with the service.

Mark removed the old sunroom attachment in my house. He is very responsive, punctual and flexible. Mark and his team worked very hard in a hot summer day since it wasn't easy to disconnect some parts of the sunroom from the house exterior. The price was reasonable comparing to others. I'm satisfied with his service.
