I had a service call on a brand new Wolf oven and freezer. I had a question about the “probe” thermometer setting in the oven. I had read the manual and did not find the explanation clear. I asked the serviceman (Bill) about it and he just kept repeating that the manual explained everything. It was very frustrating and his partner chimed in that they were not the cooks. My issue is that if these people are servicing the appliance they should know how it works and since Wolf guarantees excellent service I found it to be very disappointing.
