Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Guy, your son & workers did what looks like a fantastic job on the chimney, and exercised great care re our new siding, eavestroughing, roof etc., etc. So, a hearty thanks. Much appreciated. Thanks again Guy. My wife and I are very happy. Now to see if it'll last 30-50 years eh lol!!!... Steve W

We called a Company to come and investigate a mould problem in 1 of our bedrooms - no response. Called MoldServices.ca & they came by as per my schedule. Investigated, determined the source & reco'd a solution & Company to implement the solution. Sent the pictures to save me a trip up the ladder! Great service. Thanks Ross.

Thanks for the review Steve, sometimes it's a simple mould inspection and sometimes we have to scale a roof like yours to find the potential water problems....Hope all the repairs go well...Cheers...Ross

We went to Loews where Erwin put us in touch with Scott, who did the estimating & provided the quote (and everything seems to be bang on cost-wise). Scott was very professional & patient and answered every question we had. Scott then had Chouinard Bros (Bill) do the actual work, and we have not ever seen such excellent craftmanship and attention to detail that Bill displayed. Seriously, we were very impressed by how much care Bill put into doing a phenomenal job - it looks like we have a brand new home! Kudos to Loews for coming through as promised, and a huge thanks to Bill of Chouinard (and Scott of Loews)for making us extremely happy...sw.
