So glad we chose New Look to do our bedroom and bathroom windows! Everyone was wonderful to deal with, had excellent communication (both over email and phone) and made everything a smooth process. We're very happy with the windows; it's been over a month and they're perfect.. The installation team was fast, clean, and friendly. Highly recommend! And when we eventually do the rest of our windows, I'll be calling them again.

Josh responded to my service request quickly and efficiently-- he clearly read the details and knew right away what my issue was with the toilet. He came prepared with everything he needed and was super friendly. There ended up being multiple things wrong with the fixture, more than I expected but I'm happy for the excellent response, and it works perfectly now. Thanks Josh!

After my air conditioner broke on a very hot day I needed help right away and D.A.D came through! Derek and Dan were awesome to deal with over the phone and over email, and then of course in person. They kept the work area clean, let me know their progress at different steps, and explained everything in detail. I love the new unit - time to keep cool, again! Thanks guys!
