Do not use! Paid the $130 diagnosis and repair for a blower on 30 year old Maytag gas dryer. I suggested replace the belt and idler pulley, 30 years old, these parts wear out. Technician said belt was fine, but did buy a new idler. as soon as he left I dried clothes, still not dry. I called elite next morning. They told everyone to call Maytag. The work order was closed, 'customer verified its working'.wanted another $130. No way..this is a recall..waited days. Turns out a wire needed to be pushed in. Less than 30 days I call in cuz the drum is not moving. Technician comes and sees the belt is broken. Duh, it should have been replaced as I suggested. Technician maintained it was fine on the first vistit ie...4 loads ago. Low and behold, they want $130 for the labour. I said 'your company is not getting a credit card from me'. Technician said he would talk to his supervisor and call me. He never called. Today the belt got replaced.....there were significant frays, of course, it was 30 years old, why didn’t I listen to ME!
